I currently have a gold max damage smitting rod with + 5energy when enchanted, Im wondering r there any rods with for example Max damage, 15% longer enchanting or Some kind f faster casting + a energy mod?

I have a gold staff I've been using for a long time now - it is not max damage, but it is very hard to give it up!

Hale Dead Staff of Enchanting

energy +8
8-14 dmg
improves skill recharge
health +23
enchantments last 18% longer

I think there is one more mod, but I can't remember what it is.

I'm not worried about doing max damage, I'm hopefully/usually not close enough to shoot anyway.

Rods have much fewer modes. There is no +damage mods. There is Improve over all recharge, Impove (skill) recharge, Improve Casting over all, Improve (casting skill).
As well as 1-5 Energy mod with either <50%, >50%, While Ench, While hexed
And some have +13 to 15 energy with -1 energy regen
